We came for Valentines Day dinner because we have been there twice before and loved it. My husband had the chicken parm chop which was tasteless, dry and not chicken parm! I ordered the chicken al for now which should have had roasted chicken pieces. I was spitting out most of the chicken every bite I had as it tasted like overboiled fatty chicken parts with cartilage. Who wants to spit out every bite?! It was awful. We ordered a margarita pizza as we couldn't eat our meals anymore. We took the rest of the pizza to go. When we arrived home my son wanted pizza and when I opened the box, there was a roach in the corner--legs moving and all. Horrible feeling. Roaches happen, we know. But check the box before you pack the food. So disappointed after 200 dollars spent and 80 miles in total travel to eat there. Never again.

The restaurant is noisy, crowded, and small. The service was on time, focused, and flowed smoothly. A range of gourmet pizzas and pastas that are allegedly typical of various Italian regions are offered on the menu. A limited number of economically priced, medium-quality Italian regional wines are available on the wine list. As an appetizer, the four of us ate an arugula pizza. Arugula was heaped on top, and a tomato-based sauce went well with it. The wood-fired crust was crunchy. We sampled several excellent pasta dishes.

Amazing food, warm atmosphere, and great for lunch or dinner while in Jamesport, LI. Grana is a must each time we go to the vineyards. There is ample outdoor seating, but due to a potential storm a table was also reserved for us indoors. Make sure you make reservations. Grilled artichoke salad, Grana and wood roasted eggplant pizzas. We always get the artichoke one.

The food here is amazing! My octopus was crispy and cooked perfectly. Pizzas are wood fired and come out so quick!

We have visited Grana six or seven times now and it never disappoints. Authentic Italian food done that is always fresh and hot. The wood fired pizza is just about the best you will have outside of Italy. The creative pasta creations are excellent and the atmosphere is eclectic and creative .

One of the best wood fired stove pizzas I’ve ever had. The whole menu looks great but we had a warm corn salad starter with a roasted eggplant pizza and both were great. Staff was friendly and very fast - we told them we were in a rush and they got us in and out in a breeze. I wish we had stayed longer but I’m certain next time we are in the area we will go back.
