Horrible experience!

I had my two burgers not even cooked, all pink completely and just disrespectfully made wrong! I called today - and asked for a replacement and the manger said he took my name and number down, I go back and get told by another manger he doesn’t have my name or number, and he can’t help me! What a waste of 30$ don’t go there!
