Extremely strange service. Ordered a pizza and returned 20 minutes later as instructed. Staff rudely and pointedly ignored me for 5 minutes. When I asked a waitress to check on the status the cook rolled her eyes and called over that she was the one cooking it but gave no further info. Asked for a time frame and you'd have thought I had 3 heads. Place was cute and food was fine, but service was too bizarre to recommend.

Our go to place when I'm north east PA / South East New York. Been coming here since I was a kid. Quality and taste haven't changed. Amazing pizzas. Ask for the paces special. You won't regret it. Be sure to get there right when they open to avoid the wait.

If I could give Paces Pizzeria 10 stars, I would. My parents dated here, I grew up eating here, my children have eaten here, and now my grandchildren have, too. For generations, this place has been a constant—always consistent, always excellent. The food is delicious, the service is great, and the atmosphere feels like home. Best pizza in the area. Being from Buffalo, while on vacation at the cottage in Lakewood we make it a point to always come here for a great pizza. Update June 2025 - still my favorite apeets parlor in the Jamestown area, I can actually say my favorite in Western new york including Buffalo. All the workers there are perfectly in sync and always attentive to needs, questions and serving quickly.

Pizza was excellent. Nice crust. This was my first time and I will be back. Definitely 10/10 highly recommend.
I called to place an order and asked what options of the pizza they had. (White pizza) The woman proceeded to not even give me a chance to speak and proceeds to tell me she doesnt have the time to sit on the phone while i figure out what i wanted to order also stating how she had pizzas burning behind her. She never once gave me a chance to speak let alone make my order. She answered the phone in an awful manner right from the beginning. She then hung up and i called back to attempt to place my order again even after being treated nasty and she proceeded to tell me it was my fault i couldnt place my order then places me on hold to hang up AGAIN. Idk who this woman is answering the phones but she is atrocious and i cannot believe she is involved in running a local owned business who once before ask for the communities support themselves. I am just at a loss for words on how poorly this woman treated me. Do not recommend unless you want treated like trash.

Pizza was very good. Service a little slow, our pizza took awhile to come out. We ordered salads that were $4.75 each. I expected a nice big salad but it came out with lettuce, some cheese, and 2 pieces of pepperoni. The cost was outrageous for what we got. Recommended adding some tomatoes, cucumber, onions maybe. If you make people pay $4.75 for a tiny salad at least put the regular salad toppings on it.

Rude waitress gave my wife attitude when she called to place the order. Wouldn't pick up after either the call was dropped or the waitress hung up. We paid 27 dollars for the 17 inch pace's special and as the pictures will show, we got 15 inches of the 17 inch pizza that was luke-warm by the time I picked it up. I was on time too.
Just noticed the bottom of the pizza box says 16". Come on.
