SÔLT Cafe & Bar offers a great first time experience, described as a cafe and bar, not just a spa. The food is delicious, with shrimp and grits served creamy and cooked just as liked, portion sizes perfect, and an apple crisp with cannolli filling quite good. The veggie burger is a long time favorite, and new tacos are amazing. The creative cocktail list is a highlight, with a French martini that was great and a neat bourbon exactly what was needed. Plenty of non alcoholic choices are available. Service is spectacular, impeccable, and incredibly helpful and attentive, with a very friendly and polite front counter person and a polite chef. The atmosphere is cozy, with a fireplace for a quieter vibe, and the entire place is very clean, well-decorated, and 2nd to none. It is a hidden gem, a must-visit, and a go-to place for summers on the lake. They close at 8pm for an earlier dinner spot, with plenty of parking in the street in front.
