We placed an order through the app and due to bad signal, it was placed for ASAP, and we were still an hour and a half away. I called and spoke with the staff to make them aware, and they indicated that it was already started and that we could use the microwave to warm it up. They can not get my order right to save their life. Over a dozen times wrong. Once they forgot to give me my slushy so I got in line and drove all the way around an additional 20 minutes and they tried to tell me it was supposed to be a pure liquid. Just mediocre employees every time. I guess everyone's in the same situation. The baguettes her as small as a general now. Great location and staff does things right. I'm not sure what other people complain about, but I've never been to another Panera besides this one, and every single time has been delicious. The staff is friendly, the manager is friendly. I think a lot of people just like to complain about everything in life. I have no issues with the food or service, dine in, or take out at this location. Great job!!
