Service is always very good here. Quick turnaround. Never had anything bad.
Went through the drive though for lunch. They are accurate and friendly. A little hard to understand through the intercom and I sat there a minute or 2 before anyone came over the intercom to wait on me even though it seemed to be slow.
what is going on in bought a large coleslaw to go, it had barley any dressing and was dry, this use to be my favorite why would they skimp and change it so radically. I don't care about price, and I could have bought coleslaw in wegmans while I was getting fish but I thought I'll get my favorite. not again. what gives?

KFC is a restaurant that serves hot, fresh, and delicious food. The crew is impressive to watch, with organized and professional service. Orders are fulfilled quickly, even faster than the estimated time. The restaurant is clean and minimally decorated, with a polite and friendly staff. The food, including the popular Extra Crispy option, is cooked fresh in-store using raw products. Overall, KFC provides a satisfying dining experience.
