Brought my kids here to eat because they have been good. Had been sitting for almost 30 minutes. Then they forgot part of my order.
Update: Decided to give it another chance years later, my mobile order was supposed to be ready at 7:50, it's almost 8pm and it is still not even close to ready. Just got an update that it is "almost in the fryer". I ordered it at 7:30 for ASAP pick up.

We ordered 5 chicken tender meal which is almost 15$ on its own and a 3 piece chicken meal both with 2 sides . The chicken was cold and falling apart so we called and got free meals . We got those meals and they didn’t give us our sides we paid for previously or our drinks that come with the meals and they seemed to give us old chicken as well . My boyfriends too nice so he thought they knew what they were talking about but instead they took advantage of that . Never coming back to this location again ! I wouldn’t risk coming to Lakewood ny

KFC Extra crispy! Great flavor. I grew up with mom buying chicken gizzards there with the original recipe. Doubt they'd sell it today. However, it does prove that unlike other fast food, KFC actually uses raw products and cook them in the store!
