Not running efficiently
The mulch in the drive thru is a safety hazard. A lot of people throw their cigarettes out the window before pulling up. When I was waiting in my car I saw one smoldering and it nearly started a mulch fire, but I got out of the car and poured water on it. Landscaping rocks might be safer.
