Good donuts, not so good customer service. You could tell the employees didn't want to be there, they were unfriendly and looked like they were mad to have to work. Good thing their donuts and coffee are still good!
First timer here. Vanilla latte, egg bites and a hash brown - all top notch. Came back later in the day for another coffee and an old fashioned donut! The coffee is smooth, not bitter or burnt. And the food is good! Service is extremely quick and nice.

Despite being from Pittsburgh, when we're up at Chautauqua in tacky tourist mode we make this our main Timmies stop! There are a number of Tim Hortons locations in the area, but some are too small or 'fake' locations just inside of a gas station. This location right along the main drag in Lakewood has a full menu, plenty of indoor seating, and a drive through.
