“Ok, I thought that SÔLT was only a spa, but that is the place next door. This place is a cafe and bar, and we had a great first time experience there.

To start, my wife had a French martini and I had a neat bourbon. Feedback on the martini is that it was great, and my bourbon was exactly what was needed in a Friday after work.

Tapas was an option, but we both ordered the shrimp and grits because we love that dish. When it came out, both of us gushed over the food. The grits were creamy, the shrimp cooked just as we liked, and nothing was over spiced. Portion sizes were perfect for us, and my wife had enough to take home for later.

We shared an apple crisp with cannolli filling on the side with our friends. I'm not a dessert guy, but it was quite good.

The service was spectacular! I can't say enough about the attention we received. Needless to say, we will be coming back. There was nothing about our experience that we can remotely say was negative.

That being said, they closed at 8pm so this is definitely an earlier dinner spot. There was plenty of parking in the street in front of the restaurant, so it was easy to get right in.

I urge anyone looking for a good meal to give SŌLT a try!“
