“It's good food and they're nice people. But the professionalism and competency is a little questionable. While a lot of people were waiting for prepared food, there was one guy making it. And several female employees just standing back there, talking distracting, the poor guy. Also, they need a marker to mark people's food. Even if it's in the same bag that you need to mark which wrap is which or which sandwich or whatever. So the customer doesn't have to finger all the food to figure out who it goes to If they're sharing with others. Because of that simple mistake, I ended up having someone elses extra cheese instead of dairy-free. I'll give you one guess what room I'm in right now?“

“I always buy their cheese broccoli soup for someone very special to me that has had problems and can’t have solid food right now and it is delicious. She enjoys it and I’ve always enjoyed it. Also, my mother loves their orange scones so I frequent there to pick those up for her! Great place to have a delicious breakfast or a really tasty lunch. I love their pick two.!! Always a friendly face when I visit there and something delicious to eat!!“

I come there pretty regularly, and she ALWAYS greets me with a smile... knows my order by heart now...and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to make my small visit a HUGE memorable moment! When she ISN'T working, I can always tell because they never get my order right. Panera, GIVE HER A RAISE!!!!!! She deserves every penny of it! Make her a manager, or give her a raise, because that location wouldn't be thriving without her in it! She's the best!!!!!
