“You need more H & K in your life! This is my favorite donut shop in Erie. It's family owned, managed and produced. The pride that goes into the coffee and donuts is what makes this small shop with a counter to seat about 8, the west side legend it has become known as..“
“My boys had never seen a donut factory in action. My oldest did not want any donuts, but I told him that there is nothing like a fresh hot donut melting in your mouth. He was converted. Now he never wants a donut unless it is freshly made off the production line!“
“The staff here are very friendly and super quick making your order. This location is a little challenging getting into (because of the way the roads are laid out and the GPS on Google thinks that you've arrived at your destination while you're still on Peach Street) but wow, the staff here is amazing. We ordered at the drive through, we were the only car in line, and they still had everything ready by the time we got to the window so there was no wait. This would be our go-to Dunkin location if we lived closer but the staff here made our vacation much nicer with their great service.“
“Ordered in the APP for pickup , large iced pumpkin latte and a pumpkin donut , it was clean sanitary ,no Wi-Fi detected in mall .it is wheelchair Accesible with accesible parking , has high chairs for the little ones and the entire food court to select a seat to eat and people watch ( admit it we all do it ) . I opted for Dunkin because Pampered palate didn’t have Crème brûlée coffee today .Parking: If you got out the disabled access doors ,your in the parking lot , front is turn cut and the entire front row off to the right is wheelchair accessible .Wheelchair accessibility: Farthest left doors of food court entrance have push button door openers for disabled access .“
“This is a decent location. I stopped in for breakfast in the drive through. The sandwich was cold, which sucked, but the hash browns were hot. The double double comes out of a machine, so it's always perfect. I got the food pretty quickly and the staff was nice.“
“Friendly hardworking staff. These kids are always busy. This store is really well run. It operates like a machine. I am a bit disappointed that they stopped serving oatmeal. I mean what's a breakfast without oatmeal??? Doesn't make any sense.“
“To the young ladies that worked today 12/15 @ around 4pm. Y'all made the best iced coffee I've ever had from a Dunkin Donuts. Not an exaggeration because every Dunkin has a different taste which is weird because they all use the same ingredients to my knowledge. My order: Medium Iced Vanilla Latte with cream, 2 pumps of Caramel swirl, 1 pump vanilla bean, with sweet cream foam on top.10/10 Y'all need to try this. It's $2 cheaper at Dunkin vs Starbucks. And this Dunkin made it way better than Starbucks.“
“Had to go her fo breakfast because our hotel didn't have any. We placed a mobile order for the kids and wife, I ordered in store. Mobile order, iced coffee and 4 donuts, was ready when I got there, no issues at all. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, it was fixed up quick and neat. Not a mound of cream cheese in one spot and spilling out everywhere like some places.“
“My heart shape jelly filled donut was stale. My chai latte didn't taste that good. It's kind of weird tasting and bitter halfway through. They did put some ice in it to cool it down like I asked. I don't like it lava hot. I like Starbucks chai latte mix better. I'm not going to get that at Dunkin again. I'll stick with regular hot tea. The girl at the window was a wet dish rag. She's clearly burned out. We asked for extra milk in the pink drink for an up charge and she said no they can't do that. At the mall they do. It is what it is. I'll go back in a few months but I'll go to McDonald's or Starbucks first. This visit was Meh.“
“Picked up some donuts to share with coworkers for Christmas time treat. Great assortment and always excellent taste. Service was prompt and friendlyParking: Parking on the street can be busy depending on traffic. Can usually find a spot near the store though.“
