“I have been to the new location (5th and Cherry) twice since it opened and both times the food has been amazing. Staff are friendly and it’s such a cozy environment. There is often a line due to high demand but don’t be discouraged! It moves quickly. All of their pastries and pretzel rolls are delicious. 😋“

“On New Year’s Eve, my son’s birthday, he wanted chocolate cake with chocolate frosting from Art’s, a case regular. We walked in, it was pretty busy, and unfortunately they didn’t have any left. The kind young lady behind the counter offered to scrape a chocolate with white frosting one and refrost it with chocolate for him. Very sweet. Then TODAY exactly one month later, I had a craving for their cannoli’s, the best in town in my opinion. We get there and there is one small one left in the case. Upon seeing my disappointment another young woman asked me how many I wanted and offered to make some large ones fresh for me on the spot. This place not only has the best baked goods, but stellar customer service! I will forever be loyal to Art’s! This all happened at the West Erie location and I am super impressed with their consistent service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“It's good food and they're nice people. But the professionalism and competency is a little questionable. While a lot of people were waiting for prepared food, there was one guy making it. And several female employees just standing back there, talking distracting, the poor guy. Also, they need a marker to mark people's food. Even if it's in the same bag that you need to mark which wrap is which or which sandwich or whatever. So the customer doesn't have to finger all the food to figure out who it goes to If they're sharing with others. Because of that simple mistake, I ended up having someone elses extra cheese instead of dairy-free. I'll give you one guess what room I'm in right now?“

“Went in for brunch today with a group of 25 people (day after wedding brunch). We made a reservation, got there and everything was good to go. Our server was amazing. Got everyone’s drink and food orders quickly and accurately. Food was out in no time. Several employees helped run all the food out and was great to see teamwork like that. All the drinks and food were great and made correctly. Price was very reasonable. I never expect things to be perfect when going somewhere with a group that size because it’s a lot of stress added to an already busy place, but they definitely were more than capable and knocked it out of the park. “I went to this restaurant during a vacation with my family late at night. They had a couple claw machines and other things to keep little ones busy. They dont have many options for bigger seating spots and we had 2 adults 2 teens one kid and 2 toddlers with us and we had to squeesze into a booth but we all fit. We ordered drinks and it was a very interesting experience, the lady gave us 2 drinks we didnt ask for which is fine but she kept leaving after she had wrote down 3 drink and then she would come back with them and ask what other drinks we wanted. She did that abt 3 times, Then we started talking abt what food we were going to order. it was also a bit of trouble doing that as she was definitely confused from some of our requests which werent outlandish, i asked for onion rings on the side and she asked if i wanted french fries as a side of my side of onion rings?? which confused me but i just asked for onion rings and she kepts asking questions. we eventually got it figured out and got our food and started eating, While we ate we overheard a waiter talking to a few customers telling them they were out of a certain item and the customers were quite rood to them, (side note at this moment we found out there was only 2 waiters). Then we hear the waiter talking abt that they were having one of their busiest days they have ever had in a year. Which makes sense since we went at 9pm and which is why they had run out of so many items, they clearly werent prepared which is fine. But the waiter barely checked on us and from what i saw didnt check on many other ppl (there was only 2 other groups of ppl besides us) and took her forever to come to our table. she only came to our table 2 times, First to see what we want for drinks and food, Second to give us our check. I reccomend this place if ur looking for some good diner/breakfast food, and its partially our fault for going so late at night. I have attached my little sister doing a millenial waffle dance.“

“My family threw me a surprise party for my 40th birthday and got my cake from here. This was by far the best cake I have ever tasted! It tasted homemade, not artificial, and was beautifully decorated! I will be getting my cakes here from now on and spreading the word about how amazing this bakery is!“

“Post 2020, what a world, Perkins is like Mom's lemon merengue pie available by the slice. The problem is, in post 2020 world inflation and costs have gone crazy. Perkins is an amazing place, still serving breakfast any time of the day, however it is now nearly 50 out the door for two on two breakfast entrees a side of sausage and a drink. The food is consistent and comes as ordered and always tasty. The bill now reflects entrees at a 300% increase from 2020, definitely puts a bit of a bad taste in your mouth.“

“Their sub roll may be the best sub roll I've ever had. We got a Ham, salami, and pepperoni sub with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and banana peppers. I wish they had onions, because that would have topped it off perfectly. The young lady who made our sub was so nice. The sub was exactly what I wanted, and we grabbed a slice of pizza too, which was great. I'm sure they make their own crust as well. I'll definitely go back there when the time presents itself. It is take out only, just so you know.“
