“When I shop in Andover, I take a field trip to Byler’s. First, I order a freshly made deli sandwich. While they’re making it, I grab a basket, meander around the store a buy something new or unusual each time. All of their refrigerated pre-made salads are tasty, such as the potato salad, macaroni salad, cole slaw. There are many fresh and frozen goodies i plan to try next. They offer many different flours, sugars, sprinkles, spices, bulk foods, candies, and some very flavorful Salt Creek coffee beans. 🫘 Their homemade bread selection is outstanding, their baked goods are delicious, and I appreciate that they offer servings and portions for one person, i don’t need a family size. Beyond food, there are also gifts, greeting cards, handmade items, art, furniture, kitchen tools, holiday ingredients and treats … everywhere you look there is something interesting. Lovely, pleasant employees.“

“I have passed this place numerous times many many times every time I would go by. It was always closed till I found out their hours, which are great hours 6 a.m. to 3 PM seven days a week the first time I went there I had breakfast. The second time I went. I had breakfast today was the third time I’ve been there. I tried something different for lunch phenomenon food phenomenal staff restaurant is very clean tidy the pies are phenomenal. I would recommend this family owned restaurant to anybody in the area or anybody passing through the pancakes were phenomenal. They tasted like pancakes not something out of the freezer not something that came out of a big box and tasted like the box they came in.“

We witnessed a customer giving a complaint and was unnecessarily rude and we were impressed at how calm, patient and professional Mike was. We had 4 hyper kids in our group and the staff was patient kind and engaging with them. We will be back!!“
