“My boyfriend and I were strolling along downtown Willoughby around 10am, nothing was really open except Michael’s. We stopped in, were greeted by a kind man and saw not much was left except some Cinnamon Rolls. Figured that meant they must’ve been good, tried one of them and it was amazing! Wishing lots of success for Michael! Great spot for people who come to town in the early hours.“

“We visited today and had a fabulous experience. The staff was helpful and friendly. The cafe itself was well appointed (actual silverware, not plastic), water carafes available along with lemon slices for no extra charge, clean, bright - even the soap in the bathroom smelled wonderful! But the almond croissants were amazing. Not to sound pretentious, but we've eaten almond croissants in Paris and they didn't even come close to the greatness of what we ate at Sophie's. The latte I had and the espresso my husband had was also delicious. We were in the area, traveling across the great divide from the west side of the county, and are so glad we stopped in. It would be a challenge to the waist line if we lived closer but we will certainly add regular visits to Sophie's even if it's just for coffee and an almond croissant. Also, the painting of Sophie at the front door is wonderful. Our own Sophie-dog crossed over the rainbow bridge last year so the painting was extra special to us. Run, do not walk, to this wonderful cafe.“

“This bakery is a standout among bakeries in Cleveland! The quality of the cafe level drinks and all of the pastries and goodies is phenomenal. I have been to a lot of cafes/bakeries around the world and the bakery items here are so delicious because they are a little less sweet than the standard bakery. The cakes are light and fluffy, the cream filled breads and donuts are decadent and light, and the classic Korean style croquettes and fried bread items are delicious! I have been coming here since they opened, and the owners are so lovely and sincere as well. I would recommend this bakery to anyone who loves not too sweet baked good, and delicious and light savory croissants/breads! My personal favorite are the matcha creme donuts and breads. Also their lavender matcha latte and matcha frappe are to die for!

Also the service and the people who work here all are incredibly friendly and professional. They take time to pack your items for take out orders, and are careful.

Restroom room is a 7 out of 10. Chose their pasta, meat Stromboli, spinach & sausage Stromboli, eggplant, red tortellini pasta & of course their cannoli, lady locks - the young man who help was sweet & kind, warmed up everything. “Heard about this place from a coworker. Not easy to find - the owner runs her business out of her house. Asian bakeries/patisseries are hard to come by in the Cleveland area so naturally I was excited to try and was not disappointed. Ordered a box of pastries as well as their green tea roll cake. Croissants are the best I’ve had in Cleveland. So many flaky layers, perfect texture, just the right amount of sweetness. Green tea roll cake was also phenomenal. Had bits of red bean and the cream was light and airy. The cake itself was soft and moist. Will be coming back. Highly recommend“

They also carry popcorn, snacks, pasta noodles, condiments, soup mixes, cookies, candy bars & candy, chips & and the list goes on. I only purchase my bread, buns & sweets here at these amazing prices. Schewebel's is worth the stop, even if a bit out the way with grocery store prices these days check them out.“

“Stopped into Unger's for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. It looks like they’re doing some renovations, so parts of it have that old-school charm while other areas are getting a bit of a refresh. Other spots look like they need scrubbing. The donuts were excellent—fresh, flavorful. Self-serve. You can tell this place has been around a while. Some unique candy options I have not seen before. A payphone too!? No longer in service, I checked.“

“Best to come in from Harvard Ave to 71st. Go right to Park Ave. Right to stop sign just before RR tracks. Park there and check in. You’ll need to swing wide to make the left into customers yard and hug the building. The young lady there is very helpful and will guide you in. Once in the yard the dock is easy. No overnight parking and do not show up too early for your appointment (no where to park). Fast unloading and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful“

“I’m always busy, working, doing errands and i needed to find a place to eat that has a ln extensive menu. I can grab breakfast and lunch with extra to take home too! The manager and staff are friendly and very hard working. It’s centrally located and whether i’m eating in or taking out, The Cafe Honeycomb manages their business like you are their only customer, with attention to every detail. Their delicious food and great service is the reason I love to shop local!“
