We stopped in, were greeted by a kind man and saw not much was left except some Cinnamon Rolls. Figured that meant they must’ve been good, tried one of them and it was amazing! “Second time here after a couple of years and am so glad to see it have expanded to more options for savoury/ nutritious foods as well as their delicious pastries. It’s giving “Luna” but with a more modern and minimalist style! Happy to have brought my mum since the pastries are always great.

The only qualm I had was how the manager or owner responded to my mum requesting more milk in her cappuccino, as if we don’t have any knowledge in coffee. The foam was not foamy or thick with a ton of bubbles inside the foam. As if they didn’t tap it before pouring it in. He explained the drink to her and had a perplexed judgment look on his face. I almost wanted to intervene and ask if he wanted to try the drink himself. I don’t have an issue with people informing us how the drink is supposed to be made, but the assumption that the customer is not informed rather than, “hey maybe the barista had a faulty drink this one time” or adjusting to my mum’s preference, came off strange. The coffee was bitter, which is why she asked for more milk. I wish they had been kinder in responding to an older foreign lady or ask what was wrong while explaining their reasonings“

“word cannot even describe how heavenly these cookies and baked treats are. The smores bars instantly transport me back to my grandma's house, in front of the wood stove putting together that messy concoction, yet all you need is a napkin. I found them at UH farmers market but will definitely be ordering more.“

“We got there in the end but trying to order over the phone was a bit convoluted and misleading. I didn’t make their cutoff for custom ordered gluten free cakes but the lady I spoke to said I could come in the same day and get one, it just wouldn’t be custom. I went to the Solon store when they opened and they couldn’t do that, so I called the one in Eton where I had called originally and they couldn’t do cupcakes the same day but that was it. No real explanation, but I had them make 36 cupcakes and they had them ready in an hour and a half. They were great.“

“This was actually the second time I stopped in. The first time they had just opened and some of the things weren't quite up to par (soggy pastries like they had been frozen and thawed out). Anyways I decided to give it another try and this time was much better. I got a caramel frappe which was very good (I forgot to take a picture). I also got the cheese tart and a custard bun. They were both pretty good although nothing spectacular since they are fairly simple pastries. Overall I would say if you're in the area stop by and give it a try.“

“Heard about this place from a coworker. Not easy to find - the owner runs her business out of her house. Asian bakeries/patisseries are hard to come by in the Cleveland area so naturally I was excited to try and was not disappointed. Ordered a box of pastries as well as their green tea roll cake. Croissants are the best I’ve had in Cleveland. So many flaky layers, perfect texture, just the right amount of sweetness. Green tea roll cake was also phenomenal. Had bits of red bean and the cream was light and airy. The cake itself was soft and moist. Will be coming back. Highly recommend“

It looks like they’re doing some renovations, so parts of it have that old-school charm while other areas are getting a bit of a refresh. Other spots look like they need scrubbing. The donuts were excellent—fresh, flavorful. Self-serve. You can tell this place has been around a while. Some unique candy options I have not seen before. A payphone too!? No longer in service, I checked.“

“Best to come in from Harvard Ave to 71st. Go right to Park Ave. Right to stop sign just before RR tracks. Park there and check in. You’ll need to swing wide to make the left into customers yard and hug the building. The young lady there is very helpful and will guide you in. Once in the yard the dock is easy. No overnight parking and do not show up too early for your appointment (no where to park). Fast unloading and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful“

“I’ve been eating Orlando Bread and rolls and other products for quite awhile now and haven’t had any problems with it. Very tasty and satisfying no matter if I have it with breakfast - lunch or dinner . I have even warmed it up just before eating it and the outside crusty and the inside where it’s warm enough to melt the butter is excellent. Heck I even delivered mail to your plant , when I first stated delivering the mail in 1988 . Im glad your business is still going strong . I have nothing negative to say about Orlando !“
