friendly service& the best ice mocha coffee
Other than visiting the radio stations at the Boston Store, this is my second most favorite place in all of downtown Erie to visit.
Service was quick, the employees were nice and helpful. The seating areas were clean and neat and my food and drink were great. Good job, Horton Crew!

Tim Hortons offers friendly service with staff who greet customers with a smile and hello. The restaurant provides easy parking and is both kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible. Staff are always pleasant, nice, and courteous, making customers feel at home. However, there have been issues with inconsistent coffee pricing. Despite these issues, the store is well-run and operates efficiently, with staff doing a good job, as seen in the drive thru and counter service, where they serve tasty items like Iced Mocha Latte, Vanilla Cold brew coffee, and Caramel crunch, along with tim bits.
