I came here on 2/3/24 at around 3 pm (for any managers seeing this, congratulate your staff!)The service was as fast as it could be, the staff were professional and respectful, and the actual food is the best KFC I’ve ever had!
The employees are very friendly and work really hard to satisfy the customers. Some customers are sometimes impossible but they keep trying to do the best they can for everyone. Biscuits are super hard, chicken is over or sometimes under cooked. Customer service is good though for the most part. Kinda like the whole franchise just gave up. Can taste everything comes out of a bag. Going down hill. Need fresh items to compete
