A phone call confirmed that I didn't need to wait until a proper dinner time. Now the prime rib dinner was amazing. Great salad with the suggested homemade ranch. The 16 oz prime rib dinner came with a yummy salt coated baked potato. I had to get a doggie bag. Oh, and the generous pour of a nice cab topped it off. Thanks to Annie who ran that bar like the pro she is.The prime rib cooked perfectly at medium rare plus. Au jus was just right. Thank you! The snow shovel at the door scared this now..Florida girl.
