Stopped in for a quick happy hour, Teddy was great. Some very good options and decent prices. Was pretty quiet attendance for our visit but had a good time all in all.

I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely unwelcome. The staff was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of treating me like a customer, I was spoken to in a hostile and disrespectful manner.

During my visit, I felt that I was treated differently because I am Latino. The interaction left me feeling humiliated and uncomfortable. No customer should ever leave a business feeling disrespected or unwelcome.

On top of that, the restaurant appeared poorly maintained, the atmosphere was unpleasant, and the service was incredibly slow and disorganized. The staff showed no interest in helping or resolving the situation and instead made the experience even worse.

I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and shocked by how I was treated. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for respectful customer service or a welcoming environment.

Great service, great food, great place to eat and employees are very personable. I really enjoy their pizza, as I’ve been coming here for the past 10 years! Place is run by a very nice family who really cares about giving great service. Would highly recommend.

This restaurant understands what amazing customer service is. Everyone greets you when you walk in. Our waiter was extremely friendly and on our way out everyone said good bye. I ordered the ravioli special with a strawberry sauce and it was sensational. Unlike any sauce I have ever had. The waiter spoke with the chef told me how it was made and let me purchase some sauce to take home. Our waiter constantly refilled our waters even though he left water on the table. He was kind and attentive. It’s hard to find a place now a days with great customer service but they really go above and beyond. I will return for sure and they now a customer for life now!

Very happy with the food and service with our cater order for 80 people in Brooklyn! Trays were packaged well, staff quickly and easily loaded our car so food stayed warm and was delicious. Owner very helpful in estimating amount of trays needed which also worked out well. Highly recommend!

Pizza side items are great. Restaurant food is meh. Chicken is tough and a little bland. Now order pizza rolls since they are really good. My boyfriend says their expresso martinis are excellent. Staff is really great.
