You mess up my order and then make me wait so you can remake it and then don't even give me the common courtesy of letting me keep the first order that you gave me for standing around waiting. Next time maybe you should do that and you won't get a one star. This is not the first bad review I've left you guys. It was only $11 and like I said this is the second time you guys burned me. But the first time I decided to take the bad review down and gave you the common courtesy. But look what happened....
And then you replied back to my review with a basic copy and paste response. Not even addressing what happened. You just made it worse...

Amazing variety of pizza and stromboli, not to mention other options too! Our order of 2 slices and one stromboli came out piping hot and absolutely yummilicious! Can't wait to come back for more.

We typically offer delivery. The food is good. Pizza is great. We decided to finally dine in and we’re not happy with the customer service. We felt like the gentlemen behind the counter couldn’t be bothered. This happened all three times we went in (one time sat and ate and other 2x ordered to go).

The staff is great but I'm sorry $5.30 for one slice of pizza. There's just no need for it. People just want food. So I guess it's the owners of the establishment that are getting the one star
