Stopped in last night for take out ,ordered 2 chicken and broccoli lunch specials and boneless ribs tips, food was awful needless to say I spent $45 i will be in today to return the food.

Very disappointed with my food. The ribs had no taste or old. Our vegetables were covered in grease. Wonton soup had no flavor at all. I will call and complain about the food today.

Takeout: Food was not good. Fried dumplings tasted off, soapy flavor, may have been spoiled. Had to throw them away.
Way too expensive for the quality.
I had dined in a few months back and it was great. They’re closed mondays, so maybe sunday isn’t the best time to eat from here. Very disappointed.

My parents and I were on a nostalgia kick for some local Chinese food where we used to come to when I was a kid. We feasted on a plethora of food - shrimp dumplings, veggie soup, chicken and broccoli, veggie lo mein, salt and pepper shrimp and beef with veggies. Left overs for night 2. Our server, she was so nice and attentive and our yummy food came out piping hot and quick! Came on a weeknight around 5pm without a wait.

We have been Golden House patrons for years. The food is always hot, fresh and delicious. They go out of their way to accommodate special requests. Lunch portions are great and inexpensive. Jackie and Sandy are our favorite servers. Dinner always leaves us with plenty to take home. Egg rolls are never greasy and the boneless spare ribs are my favorite.

Excellent food, great customer service. Parking in front of store. Highly reccommend. I would give 100 stars if that was an option. The chicken chow mein and Won ton soup is amazing and the very best.

The food and prices are great. However, the last 4-5 times that I have went to this place, there is a guy working at the front of the restaurant in the bar area who gives me a death stare everytime I go there. At first I thought it was just in my head, but 4-5 times in a row doesn’t feel like it’s just in my head anymore. I won’t be returning to this restaurant as I feel unwanted and not well received. I don’t know if this guy is an owner or just an employee but he’s a young guy maybe in his 30s. I don’t know what his problem is but I never did anything to him for him to be staring at me continuously. One word of advice, STOP STARING at customers !
