We have been here in the past and were surprised to see how much cleaner The place has become (especially the bathroom). The new owner came out to greet us and we were happy to hear the place has a fresh attitude. Great ice cream as always.

Recently went with my husband and daughter, 16 handles has been our favorite spot for years unfortunately this place has gone down hill! Topping are all stale, many flavors weren’t working and my daughter’s cookies and cream yogurt was sour. Sorry to say this is our second bad experience we will not be returning.

Been wanting frozen yogurt for the longest time. So decided to come here after not coming for several years. It has definitely gone downhill. Several flavors weren't working, and the ones that were working were melty/runny and didn't have much taste. More icy than creamy yogurt. And on top of it, a small cup came to $11. Not worth it at all.The place was clean and the people working were very nice.

This place has gone downhill! The topping is mixed up, and the place looks messy! Thiago ice cream is still delicious, so 3 stars! Ok ok okaaayyy 4 starts for having Nerds as toppings!

Didn't bother to take pics. The place is dimly lit, maybe 10 years ago it would've been cool. About 4 flavors are out of service so it's 12 handles.We tried all the flavors. Only the mango and cotton candy have strong flavors. Vanilla, coffee, chocolate, cookies and cream, bleh bleh bleh all seemed to lack flavor. All flavors seemed as if they were mainly iced grit, not creamy in any way.Toppings were good but there was so much ice going on it's hard to taste those too.Sorry but the quality needs work. Far from any froyo I know.

Walked in around 12:45 and more than 1/2 of the machines were either broken/turned off. Some machines were pulled back from the wall and a lady was mopping something behind the machines. When we tried a machine, it was liquid. Hence we walked out, probably never to return.

Always nice coming here. Very clean and always fresh. The topping counter is Lways mess free. Just left nathans which was a horror. Great job 16 handles turned my day around. Plus a little more healthier..Looks like they just recently installed new machines.Tastes a lot better. It also has a better consistency.

My family loves 16 handles, but I have to say this location is filthy. My little girl needed to use the restroom and when the counter girl gave me the key and I opened the restroom I couldn't believe how dirty it was...I have never been to a 16 handles as dirty as this one. I was planning to buy ice cream from here, but if the restroom was like that I cannot imagine how the kitchen inside is... thanks God we realized before eating anything from there.
Terrible service. Unfriendly and rude staff. Grandkids sitting and eating and we forgotTo give them the $2 off coupon. We had not even left the store. We brought coupon up to cashier and explained we forgot to hand it in. They refused to refund the $2. They said we should use it for our next visit. There will never be another visit. They called the manager and she refused as well. So aside from being rude, unfriendly and uncooperative, the place is a total ripoff. Stay away.

Always enjoy 16 handles except this time . The employee at the time was super unhelpful. Several yogurt handles were mislabeled and several were not working. We asked about the strawberry one that wasn't working. She responded something' softly, had to ask her to repeat herself several times, and she just didn't do anything. Later a man came in with 3 other people and asked about the strawberry flavor. She reluctantly went out, did something and now it was working , although we had already finished.The sweet cream had a blue yogurt coming out and she said " it's supposed to be like that!" ( that would indeed be strange ). In conclusion , some handles weren't working, some were mislabeled , and some were just out and the person working there couldn't care less. For $20 I was hoping for more. Sorry

Always enjoy coming here as they offer Oatly soft serve as an option if you're vegan and/or GF .Unfortunately on our last visit the place was very unkempt ( floors very dirty, toppings bar and yogurt machine areas were dirty, and don't look behind the seating as I don't think it's been cleaned in some time )Unfortunately, the person working there at the time seemed more interested in their phone, and was not in the front of the store when another customer was looking for some help. We've been here when the employees seemed very hard working and the place was well cared for. I do hope things can turn around for the better here as it's always been one of the better frozen yogurt shops in my opinion.

Really nice if u cannot atoltrate milk products. There was a little Indian man there he was watching us like a halk... It was only my daughter and I the cashier was extremely friendly so that kinda helped.
