The customer service was great! The workers are so friendly. And the froyo was amazing, so many different toppings and flavors to choose. Would recommend coming with family and friends.👍
I really enjoyed my experience at 16 Handles! Everything was so good and fresh, and they have so many different flavors and toppings to choose from. The staff was nice and the whole place had a good vibe. I definitely enjoyed my dessert and would come back again! 💕🍦

The topping counter is usually well-organized, and the yogurt machines have been recently updated. The staff is super kind, and the service is good. The frozen yogurt is amazing, and the flavor selection is out of this world, with quite a few selections including dairy-free ice cream and twist flavors. They stay on top of trends and seasons, recently offering mango lassi and Dubai chocolate. Best flavors include Nutella, oatmilk vanilla, original tart, graham cracker, and vanilla. The restaurant typically provides a pleasant experience, offering a slightly healthier dessert option that is self-serve and priced by weight.
