incredibly rude staff. they treated customers horribly and should not be in the customer service field. service was extremely slow too. bagel was okay but they did not get my order correct either.

I must say, they are not consistent with their food portions with multiple locations. The old guy who took my order was nice, I repeated my order 2 times, and then after the 3rd, he decided to write it down. After waiting over 10 minutes, someone called me to the counter and told he the other person had forgotten my order! I sat back down and did notice they didn't get the order correct. The old guy did come and try to rectify the situation, which i did appreciate and did changed my mood and opinion, but I was almost finished eating by that time. I did hear another employee asking a returning guest if he got his order correct this time. I'm guessing this happens a lot.

I went there a random Friday morning just trying to order a simple breakfast sandwich and I pretty much had the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. There were at least five workers working behind the counter that day and I was one of two customers, the four workers who were unoccupied, just kept walking back-and-forth and joking, and laughing and looking at me without even saying a simple greeting. I basically stood around for 15 minutes, with no acknowledgment. A random woman walks into the store, walk straight to the front and they immediately help her. I will never ever in my life even I was starving to death ever come back to this horrendous place. I’d rather drive 30 minutes into the next town and order breakfast from somewhere else food wise sadly I didn’t get to try anything but it looked like any other bagel store

Near my sister, properly boiled and baked... much needed from a New Yorker gone Texan.
There is a self serve coffee area but they keep the Splenda behind the counter. Also no milk. 10 dollars for an egg sandwich is robbery and it was terrible

The worst of all bagel bosses. I’ve given them plenty of chances. Either Can’t get order correct, and/or very poorly made. (Cream cheese all on one side, missing ingredients, bagel cut like they did it with eyes closed) these have all happened at some visit or another and i may only visit this location once every 2 months or so.
