I was meeting 5 friends for a Christmas dinner, and we were all looking forward to the Christmas atmosphere. Well, at least we weren’t disappointed with that. Everything else about that night was disappointing. We all chose the $58.99 prefixed menu. One of the options was soup, three people chose the French onion soup. Seated promptly at our reservation time. Food was just ok but service was awful. Took drink order and left us for 30 minutes before talking dinner order. Took 45 minutes to get deserts and after ward’s brought the coffee. There were no popovers ; claiming they were short staffed. Really?? We come every Christmas season for the ambience, carolers and popovers.
