March 2nd around 7 PM, there was a girl a very rude girl working behind the counter. This girl has no business talking to customers, she's rude, she's distracted, she should be in the back, far away from customers, give her a broom or a map. I will never go back.There was no manager, so I'm gonna go back and talk to the manager.But do not go to coldstone in Jericho.Tell everybody , tell your friends , make the trip and find another one

I’ve been coming here regularly for the past year, but unfortunately the customer service has been disappointing. They don’t seem to value their regular customers. My rewards points haven’t been registered for the past few months, and I’ve noticed inconsistent charges for the same toppings.
My same order varies in price each time…. It’s not about the money it’s about the principle and customer service for loyal customers…did I forget to mention they havent registered my points in the past few months after spending hundreds of dollars? I do love Cold Stone but this location could do better.

Owner smacked his “brother” in front of us. We walked in and the owner/ manager was on his phone. And the employee was struggling with our orders slightly. Which was completely okay! He was doing his best. But the owner got upset with him and smacked his chest and his hat. The employee stayed quiet after that and didn’t make eye contact. It was uncomfortable and worrying. Hopefully this isn’t a common occurrence. Great ice cream made by the employee.

It's a Coldstone Creamery, you know what you're getting into.
But the staff is exceptional, we'd been here more than a few times and always had great ice-cream. My keys stopped working and me and my fiancé were locked out of our car late at night in sub 20 below weather. The manager attempted to help us open the car, gave us shelter, and was so kind and supportive. They moved a bench inside for us, checked in and offered so much. They took care of us in more ways than not after an already long and hard day.
Outside of being a good place to get ice cream, I think any locals should support these people as much as possible.

Came here and locked our keys in the car right around closing time. The manager (maybe owner) not only attempted to help get the keys out, but he offered to help us get tools after Coldstone closed to open our car door. Then we had some really good ice cream. Great hospitality. Great ice cream.

Had the chocolate devotion signature creation at this location. Ice cream tasted so fresh, and the employees seem very energetic and well trained. Will be visiting for more!

The Spanish manager male and one of the Hispanic female workers gave us an issue because we didn’t want a small ice cream we ordered.. they made it a big deal and the wanted us to pay for it when we were dissatisfied with the flavor. Save your money and go to another location the customer service is terrible for a 7$ Ice cream
This server was extremely rude and refused to service me, she refused to give me her name. She also stated that her manager told employees to close the store 15 minutes prior to closing and I drove 30 minutes to get here. Horrible service. Worst Cold Stone I’ve ever been to in my life.
