The Spanish manager male and one of the Hispanic female workers gave us an issue because we didn’t want a small ice cream we ordered.. they made it a big deal and the wanted us to pay for it when we were dissatisfied with the flavor. Save your money and go to another location the customer service is terrible for a 7$ Ice cream

This server was extremely rude and refused to service me, she refused to give me her name. She also stated that her manager told employees to close the store 15 minutes prior to closing and I drove 30 minutes to get here. Horrible service. Worst Cold Stone I’ve ever been to in my life.

Smallest cup ever served in coldstone,the top was literally flat. I guess the owner is instructing his employees to serve this way,disappointing. Not me or my kids are coming back to this location.Ever.

If I could give them less than one star I would. I ordered this cake online and the only available option for time was 4:30pm. I called them 8 times before someone answered the phone. When they finally answered she was rude and hung up on me. I called again and asked for a later pickup time of 7:30pm, which is when I arrived. They at 7:30pm still didn't have the cake ready, saying they just need to write on it. They didn't even have the cake put aside, it was in the front freezer and they didn't even get the order together until I got there.

My husband and I were going to a different Cold Stone and figured we should try this one and we're glad we did! We've been here a few times now and it's always a good experience. We order online and go in to pick it up. The people we've spoken to have been great, our order is always accurate and tastes so delicious! This is now our place to go to end our date nights:)

Great variety of tasty Icecreams . They're almost irresistible.
We know that we can have adverse consequences with excessive sugar intake but who's bothered with that while your taste buds arre enjoying this flavorful delight.
The presentation is nice, colors are very attractive and the names divulge you into the Ice cream world.
You're always concerned about the sugar quantity in your drinks but you totally forget everything when you're involved here & enhoy the multiple scoops & toppings.
Brand has nice recognition and they're proving it every day by their offerings. Franchise maintains their standards and the locations are really nice & convenient.
I personally think that Ice creams should be more affordable so that everyone enjoys their share. They should offer a family entertainment treat.
