Went New Year’s Eve for the price fix menu…not realizing we had option otherwise. No matter the food was very good until we got to dessert. My husband took one bite out of his dessert and I noticed something hanging. Turned out to be a very long hair that had apparently been stuck to the icing. I’ve been going here since I was a kid. I went today and I ordered prime rib well done. It came out with a heartbeat. It went back and came out still more pink than brown. It wasn’t even medium well after the second time. I asked for a manager and I waited a half hour for the manager and they never came. I was gonna buy tickets for an upcoming event there but after today’s incident, I won’t be. Very disappointing!
