Jacob was so friendly and helpful! It was my buddy’s first time at a chipotle and he walked him through the process patiently and with a smile on his face! Will be coming back :)

I ordered my food to be picked up at 10:20. I’m assuming they threw some stuff out because it was getting late but my bowls had no rice, no salsa, and i didn’t even get the right meat. Absolutely terrible service.

The worst chipotle on planet earth. Service sucks. Food sucks (found a piece of plastic in my food before). I keep giving chipotle so many chances and they keep disappointing. I truly think it’s time for you guys to step it up and change. Disappointed but not surprised. Do better.

I wish I could give this chipotle zero stars. People working the line are awful, extremely rude, get food proportions and pricing wrong. They are constantly understaffed and out of food. Cooks in the back are the only decent folks in this place. I have gone several times expecting a different result, only to be disappointed again. Avoid at all costs.

Yeah, this was my last time coming here. The girl with the bun had a whole attitude — not sure if it was with her co-workers or because I dared to ask for more food (that I was paying for, by the way). I even greeted her when I walked up, and she still had an energy like I ruined her whole day. Sis, if you hate your job that much, clock out permanently. This is exactly why people stay saying Black girls have bad attitudes — and it’s sad, because folks like her keep proving the stereotype. Do better.

Employees are extremely rude. They are ALWAYS out of at least one thing. Usually multiple things. There have also been several separate occasions where I show up to order food in person and there’s a sign on the door saying they’re only accepting online orders due to being understaffed. Honestly at this point they need to either just close completely or hire more competent people. It’s ridiculous.

The lady running register within the last hour has no clue what she’s doing. She gave me someone else’s food and I didn’t get ranch or whatever it is, I got some Italian shit. That’s a lot of money you be charging for whack.
