Ordered online, 20 mins later nothing, no one would tell me the status of my order. When I finaly demanded it, they said 10 takeout orders in front of mine and advised me to cancel it on the app. Canceling on the app was a nightmare. Corporate should not allow this franchise to operate in such a shameful manner.

We’ve ordered here 5 times and I can honestly say something has been missing/ completely wrong from every single order. I don’t know why we keep trying.. it’s like going back to an abusive relationship. This time, we’re done. My 7 year old ordered a kids steak & cheese quesadilla with brown rice and pinto beans. She received cheese quesadilla with white rice and brown beans. My order of chips and salsa was completely missing. I’m honestly starting to think that a persons order is just a suggestion, you never know what you’re actually going to get. I drove back to JC to have them correct my order (I told them and showed them what it was supposed to be) and when I got home and opened it it was a steak and cheese quesadilla, black beans and pinto beans. No rice of any kind. Should I have checked before leaving? Probably… but honestly couldn’t imagine it would get messed up again after spelling out the order. This place is an absolute disaster and needs to just be shut down at this point if the owner isn’t going to come in and fix things! Unreal.

I placed an order online and it took 1 and 30 mins to even say it was ready for pick then I get there and they had NOTHING everything was empty then they had a attitude because I was unsatisfied with the service someone should have reached out to say they were out of everything in my bowl wasted my time even coming over there and didn’t help me figure out how to get a refund I had to figure it out on my own because they we’re upset that costumers were angry bad service always a issue with this store

Terrible customer service, older gentleman told us to go back in our car when the store was open, being very rude and yelling at us. As he was smoking In his car on his phone. Told other customers to same thing. Bugs flying around the food, our food was very late when we ordered it and hour ago and got it an hour later, food was cold, the sauces very expired chips very stale drink station was not cleaned up and bugs crawling around there.

Definitely recommend the brisket! Food looked and tasted fresh. Store ended up opening late so they got a late start on everything due to the truck being late so you could tell everyone felt rushed but they handled it really well!! Had to wait a little bit for the brisket but it was worth it! Definitely going to go again! Bonus was the tables have a purse hook!!!
I worked in food service for many years, and I've never seen a place run like this in my life.
These employees shouldn't be around food, they need to go be gas attendants or something. They are horribly unfriendly, they don't know how to cook food (Even though they're given a repeatable process/easily repeatable menu).
There is no management whatsoever, knowing this the owners should be on site trying to fix things rather than letting this go on.
OR, just close this location entirely in favor of something better or locally owned that wouldn't allow staff like this to stick around.
ICE cold burrito bowl when ordered fresh at the restaurant, forgot all of the ingredients and had an awful attitude handing it off.
Most of the time they close early and don't care, this is sortof like a teenage hangout house that happens to serve Chipotle when they feel like it.

Don’t go after 8pm!!! They stop having and making the ingredients and give you the smallest portions instead of making more with 2 hours until closing. Literally the worst location I’ve ever been too
