My family went out tonight for the first time there, the music and vibe was great, the atmosphere was great and welcoming. We will be making this a regular family outing.Kid-friendliness: They are beyond kind, sweet and patient, they don't rush you.

We got an order of wings for take out and got home and the wing order was wrong. The Customer service when we called to see if it could be fixed or refunded was pretty bad to say the least. After we told the girl what happened she just said I don’t know what you want me to do about it. Then the owner got on and said the person who wrote the ticket didn’t see it and they would give a side of the sauce that was supposed to be on them if we came back to get it. After telling them that is not the same or really what we paid for he said he would take the same wings re -toss them in sauce. The wings that would be by the end of this be stone cold driving them all the way back there. They were completely unhelpful and on top of that problem we didn’t get any sides of blue cheese that we were charged extra for.

So disappointed. Used to really love it here but after tonight I probably won't be back. The bartender rude mouthed herself right out of a great tip. As a former server I know how hard it can be. I never get fries. I always upgrade to onion rings. check over 30 minutes for Food to come out and my sandwich came out with fries and I told the girl I was supposed to get onion rings. I was informed I'm not allowed to substitute. Since when? According to her since always, but that's not the case because I'll always pay the up charge for onion rings. I was snapped at and told she would pay for them because it's not worth arguing about. In my 35 years of being a bartender and server I would never have dreamed of speaking to anyone like that. What happened to the customers always right? Sad thing is the fries tasted burnt and onion rings, had a funny taste, and were extremely greasy. My sandwich wasn't bad, but not good enough to make me come back and spend my hard earned money!! Shame

Old school neighborhood bar with good bar food. The wings are the go to here. Fresh not frozen. Served with your chose of sauces, French Fries and blue cheese and celery. Very reasonably priced. Very friendly staff. Very well kept and clean. Great place to watch sports.
