I don't know who her name was but the lady who was on to go at 10:00 on Tuesday the 4th of November was absolutely amazing she was such a sweetie she was very polite she was cooked at my drink and she had the biggest smile on her face I ordered a iced brown sugar bacon latte and it was delicious Thank you so much for being so sweet and making my day I'll be coming back to see you soon :-)

Definitely the worst Dunkin in broome county. Was there about 1:30pm Wednesday august 27 2025. Pulled up to the drive thru, the woman that was answering the drive thru was incredibly rude and kept asking repeatedly what we wanted- with no time even to answer. We were looking at the menu and not even given an opportunity. After 5-6 times of this person asking in quick succession we had decided what we would order and asked her if she wanted to take our order. We asked her again if she was ready and she told us if we wanted to act that way and be rude to never come back, so guess what, we are never coming back I will happily go buy $20+ worth of coffee and sandwiches elsewhere, no problem because we will never be back to this location ever again. Will not ever recommend to anyone either. Nice way for your employees to drive customers away.

Drive thru service was fast. I ordered 12 donuts and they shorted me 1. If I'm paying $15 for a dozen donuts, I want all my donuts. If you can't count to 12 I don't think you will be in business for long.

I ordered an egg and bacon bagel and got only cheese and bacon. The rating should be less than zero here. Thanks a lot! $6! for a nasty slice of yellow cheese and not even a full slice of bacon. Straight up waste of money! Never going here again. No wonder it wasn't busy at lunch time. I hope it closes down.

We were the only people in the drive thru and it took 5 minutes for someone to take our money. Then when our order came the drink had not been mixed properly and it had no taste. So disappointed.
