So, the fact that the front counter seems to be secondary on the priority list for all drive-thru restaurants seems odd to me. Step up the face to face service. Make fast food great again.

It's a busy store and the staff seems to work hard. Sometimes they get a little behind but they try hard and are very nice. There is a lot of seating and the place is generally pretty clean.

It takes forever to get an order it’s always dirty I stand there for an hour waiting for an order and the food is half frozen unless I get one specific young lady my coffee is wrong and some of the new hires are absolutely horrible I only go for one specie young lady that been there forever she knows my order by heart and she is so sweet

Went through the drive thru and asked them about discounts on the app to be applied to my order and the girl gave me a dirty look and said we don’t know anything about the app then she took my money and didn’t give me the discount. When I asked again she gave me a dirty look and didn’t even answer me and I said so I guess you didn’t charge me the discount and you can’t help me and she just gave me a dirty look and said again we don’t know anything about the Dunkin’ app. Really???? Train your staff about customer service and also about the app since that is probably the main form of payments now a days. So rude. I’ll never go back. There’s plenty of other Dunkin’s in the area who are way more considerate.
