Excellent food craft beer and atmosphere. Their signature burger was delicious even though the new chef overcooked it. Can't beat the flavor of the raspberry lemonade wheat beer either
Parking: Lots of parking it's at one end of the mall

Work right next to this place. I have used this place like 3x for lunch when I have not had my own. Every time I have been disappointed but this last time really pushed me over the edge. I had 40 min break for a work training. I went to factory beer tree to put in a lunch order. I walked in, had to wait 6 minutes behind the people while the hostess took forever. Finally I'm up at the podium and I had wait another 5 mins. I'm about to say something and I finally get told to go to the bar to do a lunch order. Walk to the bar, wait another 5 mins. Finally the pizza guy who is awesome sees me and asks if Ik what I want. I said chicken salad wrap. Goes into the back, comes out and goes jus so ya know the kitchen is alittle bit backed up(on a Monday afternoon). Dude says he's not trained on register, can't ring me up, unless I'm getting a pizza, he can start me right now... so fricken a I guess I'm getting pizza. Been waiting here at the counter for about another 15 mins. Noone had approached me, rang me up, asked me questions offered me a drink or a water for the inconveince. What kinda dingle hopper place is this? Manager shud be absolutely embarrassed. No system, no greeting service. Nothing. Top 5 worst customer service experiences I've had in a While. This place is comical. I understand they're understaffed and overly busy for a Monday. But dang. Majorily disappointed. Menu said pizza cost 10bucks. Somehow adding pepperoni brought my total to 18 bucks. Dang man. It's also the most basic, cheapest, easiest pizza in the history of pizza. Ugh it's literally pizza soup

I will have to say brunch time is my favorite time to go. However, I've gone to lunch and dinner here 4 times and tried giving those times another chance, but it was unsuccessful. The beer is terrific, but the service isn't the best. Waited 20 minutes before a server came. They took our drink order and then our food order like usual, but our food came out before our drinks. Nothing special to drink. Just water. I always tried new food when I did come for lunch and dinner and was kinda disappointed with the burgers. No much flavor. The pretzel bites were hard like croutons. I think I'll just stick with beer and pizza. Can never go wrong.

Visiting Factory by Beer Tree Brew located in once a shopping mall, on the north wast corner which formally housed a Sears. Two levels, the lower more akin to a regular tap room with its production area at the rear on display through glass partitions. The upper level has its own bar with seating layout similar to a pizza/burger eatery. Also the upper level offers a fabulous outdoor seating. The various areas allow private functions to be held while allowing regular clientele access.
The purpose for the visit was to sample the beer selection. The serving staff were attentive knowledgeable about the food menu but not so informed about the verity of brews. The beers selection was good for sampling. We were informed the list was always changing, so naming the samples for future patrons would not helpful as they could be sold out and new brews added. Surprised not keeping two or three “signature” brews. Sampled a Cream Ale, IPA, Stout, Sour, and Octoberfest. The Sour was the best I have drank all summer, Octoberfest pleasant great colour. (I would suggest re-naming as a red beer! and keeping year round)
For beer aficionados I would recommend a visit. The other two locations still have to be visited, perhaps the next time.

The food was tasty. However, the cost of the ribeye/size was somewhat disappointing. I get my meat from a local farmer and pay less for more with superb quality. It would be nice to see more options of meats. My husband and I are carnivores and we only eat meat and fish and high quality organic dairy, cheeses and raw milk. It would be great if there were more options for the carnivore population. Sides or options. It would be nice to see better quality of how the beer tree deep fries their wings. Instead of using soybean oil using tallow. Especially since you claimed to source your beef locally I'm sure the place where you get the beef would render tallow for your company. I learned that your salad dressings are made with canola oil or blended oil and it would be nice to see if they were only made with extra-virgin olive oil. Also, the options for soup was non existent. There was only one kind. Disappointing. The food was good but could be so much better. Thanks Jennifer
Our waitress Cami was absolutely phenomenal! She was friendly, cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable! She knew so much about the beers on tap and made fantastic suggestions. The slightly fuzzy sour was delish! The Shandy was refreshing, and the food was very satisfying

Some of meal was OK but portions have shrunk. Charged $3 extra for onion rings but only got 6 tiny rings. Asked for some spicy sauce, 95 cents extra. My daughter asked for salad instead of Brussels spouts with salmon. She was given just a salad, no salmon. Poor communication and charging for every item is a death knell. Won't go back
Terrible service. Wanted to sit outside under the sunshades and waitress literally offerred us sun or bees. This was after standing there for more than a few minutes. Then we get seated inside on other side of a plastic window separating us from 4 others at a big table. Then we waited another 5 to 10 minutes without any further acknowledgement by any waitress. So we left. Would not recommend esp if you just want to stop in for a drink. You have to wait to be seated, then waited on vs just go up to the bar and order. Much prefer Beer Tree Farm for that type of atmosphere.

Went for lunch on friday. Ordered the 1/2 chicken salad wrap and side salad $10. The salad was big for a side salad. Had bacon, cheese, lots of tomatoes and cucumbers and delicious homemade croutons. More than I could eat. took almost the whole salad home.

I was disappointed to find that, unlike on the menu pictured on the Google listing, there are actually no vegan options on the regular menu. And there are only two dishes I saw that could be modified to be vegan. Not a great option. However, I enjoyed sitting on the deck, the atmosphere was fun, and the service was great.

Took over an hour to be served. Not service staff fault as they were covering way too many tables to be able to keep up. Resulted in food being cold. They comped some drinks which helped.
