Loud, cold atmosphere, staff slow moving and slow to respond to arrivals. There are much better options in area. And zero domestic beers. Only craft and artisan beer. This was a huge problem for some in our group. Very limited menu.

Easily accommodated party of over 24 ... server was very helpful and efficient ... rolling tables were a bit of a nuisance. Nice to have water pitchers on table. For a large party this is a great venue.
Noisy.

Horrible food!!! We came to Factory Beer Tree as a party of 10, and unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. The food was terrible most of our group couldn’t even finish their meals. A few hours later, several of us had stomach aches. Definitely not what we expected for a place with such good reviews. Wouldn’t recommend or return.

Sat on Patio with my Dog which was very convenient as I was visiting town. This is 100% the best pizza I have had. It was the basic pizza with Pepperoni, it was Thin, crisp, and would impress Dave Portnoy with no flop :-) . My son had a different pizza that was loaded with stuff and it was good, but mot the same as the topping were almost too much for the thin crust.

Great beer
I had the blue cheese steak salad and disappointed. Steak was tough, very little blue cheese, just not yummy.
Didn't care for the music.

Has a nice vibe but all of the food is mediocre at best and bland at worst. I think they should really make some changes the to ingredients or recipes!

Stopped by while I was passing through town. Tasted quite a few beers. Nate, the bartender was amazing, friendly and absolutely opened my eyes to some beers I never would have tried. So thankful he was tending bar!
Excellent food craft beer and atmosphere. Their signature burger was delicious even though the new chef overcooked it. Can't beat the flavor of the raspberry lemonade wheat beer either
Parking: Lots of parking it's at one end of the mall

Work right next to this place. I have used this place like 3x for lunch when I have not had my own. Every time I have been disappointed but this last time really pushed me over the edge. I had 40 min break for a work training. I went to factory beer tree to put in a lunch order. I walked in, had to wait 6 minutes behind the people while the hostess took forever. Finally I'm up at the podium and I had wait another 5 mins. I'm about to say something and I finally get told to go to the bar to do a lunch order. Walk to the bar, wait another 5 mins. Finally the pizza guy who is awesome sees me and asks if Ik what I want. I said chicken salad wrap. Goes into the back, comes out and goes jus so ya know the kitchen is alittle bit backed up(on a Monday afternoon). Dude says he's not trained on register, can't ring me up, unless I'm getting a pizza, he can start me right now... so fricken a I guess I'm getting pizza. Been waiting here at the counter for about another 15 mins. Noone had approached me, rang me up, asked me questions offered me a drink or a water for the inconveince. What kinda dingle hopper place is this? Manager shud be absolutely embarrassed. No system, no greeting service. Nothing. Top 5 worst customer service experiences I've had in a While. This place is comical. I understand they're understaffed and overly busy for a Monday. But dang. Majorily disappointed. Menu said pizza cost 10bucks. Somehow adding pepperoni brought my total to 18 bucks. Dang man. It's also the most basic, cheapest, easiest pizza in the history of pizza. Ugh it's literally pizza soup
