Wonderful appetizers, amazing burgers and the salmon salad was crisp, fresh and delicious. Members of our party enjoyed a couple of the Beer Tree Brews and service was pleasant and timely.

Went to celebrate a graduation and hoped for a nice meal. One burger came out RAW and when they brought it back out the second time, they had only seared the side where my son had cut the burger in half. Burger was still RAW. Caesar salad with salmon was so over dressed the lettuce was swimming in dressing and the salmon was so overcooked it looked like dehydrated meat. The loaded fries were delish. The cheesecake is delish. But, we would not go back based on the main meals we had today.
Our waitress (I am so sorry I can't remember her name) was AMAZING. We've been to Beer Tree, all locations, plenty of times and hands down she was the most excellent wait staff we've ever experienced. She was attentive, friendly, super knowledgeable about the menu, and even chatted with our kids; making them feel comfortable and important too.

This was not the experience we are used to from Beer Tree Factory. Our waitress, Mackenzie was nice but the service was not what we have had in the past. They were out of many items and the sandwich I ordered was missing one of the ingredients. Instead of telling me, the sandwich came out without the missing topping. I asked for a side, thinking they forgot and was then told they were out of it. My daughter ordered her burger medium rare and it was rare at best. She should have sent it back but was not sure if she how long we would wait for another. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and I didn't want to put a damper on the occasion but I was definitely disappointed.
There were six in our group, and the most disappointing thing was the check could only be split 4 ways. I made a reservation and we had a table ready for us promptly on time. The service was reasonably quick considering how busy the restaurant was and how many were in our group. We chose to spend over 2 hours in the restaurant because we were chatting. Not once did we feel rushed or like we had to be done so they could use the table for others. Food was excellent all around, we ordered a wide variety of food from alcoholic drinks to sandwiches to salad to dessert. The portions were generous and the price was not reasonable.

Yesterday we were looking forward to eating at Factory by Beer Tree Brew. We both ordered the Steak Burger that was served with cheddar cheese, carmalized onions and arugula. When we got our food it was not hot, there was no caramelized onion or cheddar cheese. Someone needs to train their kitchen help to get an understanding of the menu. Since we ate at the bar next to the take out pickup, our server went by us constantly. She was good initially then not so much. I myself am a server and I realize that a dinner out should be special and diners deserve attention. At the end of the meal as I paid I informed our server as such. Really dissatisfied. My bill of $72 plus tip deserved much better! I do not plan on ever returning there to Factory by Beer Brew.

poisoned my friend who has celiac with gluten, denied multiple times they made the meal wrong, and refused to provide a refund. she has been throwing up all day since the meal and may have to go to the ER.

Ordered a gluten free sandwich with specific instructions to make gluten free but got regular bread. Called to confirm 2-3 times and was assured that my sandwich was gluten free and packaged properly. I haven’t been this sick in a long time. Normally they are great with gluten free as I used to work here, but this is not okay.
