Tried to order a iced coffee on a hot day and the drive through order taker snarked back “We don’t have ice coffee.” There was no sign out in the drive through and it was on the menu. We left and didn’t even order.

Waited 10 minutes in line, with no one in front of me. The got asked to pull up and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes for my food.

Can they just shut this location down please, so people that are unaware of how long they are going to have to wait for food that will probably be missing something or completely wrong won't make the mistake of going to this location.

The food comes out quickly but the employees don't even greet you ,ale any contact or ask if you need help you have to be the one to call so they can take your order since the kiosk machines aren't always on they get bothered when you ask for ketchup , or your cup for your drink

McDonald’s isn’t the first restaurant that I choose to go to anymore for food but seeing as I grew up in this town and I’ve probably been to this particular McDonald’s hundreds of times from a young child all the way up into my teen years at the high school, walking back into this place today, this evening, I was disgusted by what I saw. There was garbage everywhere on the floor and on the tables. There was even garbage on the counter where you buy your food. Cabinet doors were broken off, there were large chunks taken out of tables and what’s more, no one seemed to care. I’ve been in inner city McDonald’s that were far cleaner than this. Never again.

Pros: The food, when hot, is good. It is McDonald's food for sure.
Cons: Literally everything else... I am almost convinced this location is supposed to be closed, and there is actually no General Manager, but the employees just keep showing up anyway, that is the level of disorganization and terrible service/feel going on here. It doesn't matter if there are 2 or 10 cars in the drive through, it does not matter what time of day it is, it's gonna be a 10+ minute wait on a GOOD day. And God help you if you go inside instead. The staff are, at best, not properly trained, and at worst, grossly incompetent. The 2 lane system works... but only in theory... You may have one car in front of you at 1 speaker, but 4 cars at the other speaker are gonna get their order taken before you will. This is the worst McDonald's in the entire Greater Binghamton area, and that is a LOW bar to find yourself going under. If you have any means to do so, go to any other restaurant in the area instead, if you really want McDonald's,there is another one less than 5 min away.

Food is good, it’s McDonald’s same taste. I tend to use this location due to it being so close to home, but I’m better off driving further away to a different location, just to get my food sooner and get home way sooner.

The last 3 times I’ve ordered from here have been ridiculously long and inefficient for no reason.

1) weeks ago my son and I waited through drive thru for a half hour just to get our food. They are the slowest to answer the intercoms and take orders.

2) I decided on curbside pickup and waited for 20 minutes before going in: they either marked my order done or got rid of it, because my 2-5min wait was going on 22-25mins.

3) Today was absurd. The App/or people at the store must have processed my paid order where it wouldn’t come up as an order, and showed it as a done order that charged my card. They then said to tell me that they’re not the ones to take my money and can’t do anything about it. When I called support through the App I was told that that is incorrect. The staff also should be informed in cases like this that the mobile orders will send an email receipt with the order number when the app will not give you the order number. Overall poor, lazy atmosphere. Though there are some nice and good workers, they evidently aren’t hiring right. Wait times of fast food should not rival those of restaurant sit down times.
