Service was incredible slow. Today I waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes (10-15 minutes of that time I was waiting at the speaker for them to take the order). I ordered a #2 Big Mac and a hamburger. When I arrived at the window they said I would have to pull into a spot to wait for my order. I did not order anything made to order. When I received the order the fries were cold and stale.

You don't fool the customers by dealing with the drive thru line by just having everyone pull into a spot and wait kinda eliminates the point of a drive thru

Literally stood in line for 20 minutes and everyone was just at stand still…. Ended up pulling out of the line to go somewhere else. This is supposed to be fast food.

For being a fast food restaurant, it is the SLOWEST one. Always have to wait 5 min just for them to take my order, then wait another 10 minutes for the food. This happens every time

So I get that it’s 10am and breakfast stops in an hour but just tell ppl you don’t want to cook any more eggs instead of giving them egg McMuffin with the wrong egg or atleast tell the customer and then on top of that to lie about it is just bad

To start off when we ordered from the kiosk we were instructed to take a number and input it so when our order was ready they would bring it to our table. Wrong. Fifteen minutes after placing our order I was lucky to hear our number called. Once back at the table we notice realized we were missing three items from the happy meal. The drink, apple slices and the sauce for the nuggets. I ordered a Big Mac with no pickle which had pickle on it. Happy meal fries were cold along with the nuggets. Big mac was also a disappointment. Not hot and bun not fresh.

Just dont come here, the people are nice, but its insane the wait for food. Do yourself a favor and just dont come here. We pulled in here at 4:00 4:45 and we finally get our food. Insanity.

Can't rate the food when I never received my order. I had a mobile order. Was told to wait in parking space 1 for them to bring out the order. 20 minutes later, everyone who had ordered after me had left with their food and the guy who was bringing out food told me he didn't know what happened to mine. This is the second time this has happened here. I ended up being late to an appointment, never receiving my paid for order. Highly dissatisfied and will not be returning.

They have two car ports for ordering and can't even maintain one. Ridiculously long waits to order followed by an unacceptable wait to get your order. Then my order was cold! This place is totally unacceptable and mismanaged. MC Donald's should be extremely embarrassed by this store to the point of closing it doors and publishing their apologies for not acting sooner. I will never go to that location and will tell others to also boycott this location.

Brought my son here to get him a sundae at like 9:45pm Friday night. The drive thru attendant proceeded to tell me they were out of ALL of their ice creams, AND they were all out of frozen Fanta. She was extremely rude about it as well. I guarantee they just shut the machines down for the night. Lazy.

I unfortunately had a terrible experience at the local McDonald's. My fiance and I went waiting in the drive through for a good while and when we finally had someone talking to us. I had asked if we could place our 2 separate mobile orders and the lady just took my fiances we had thought she might have missed the other order or was busy but when we go to the window she gave us the worst attitude and told us to go around again. I canceled my order and left.
