Experience has never been great. Usually understaffed, the drive through wait is always long, orders are messed up on a regular basis, the shake machine is never working. Rarely go there anymore, but when we do I always regret it.
The food comes out quickly but the employees don't even greet you ,ale any contact or ask if you need help you have to be the one to call so they can take your order since the kiosk machines aren't always on they get bothered when you ask for ketchup , or your cup for your drink
Very kind and considerate staff and the manager Savanah was very understanding about the lack of the ice cream machine and provided me a fair and yummy alternative!
