Mooney's Sports Bar & Grill

If you like macaroni and cheese this place has it all. You can get a different kind of Mac and cheese every time you come. They also have burgers,wings, salads, appetizers and more. My daughter loves their PB and Jelly bacon burger and I have to say it is so good. My son likes their wings. If you are out and about in the Binghamton area check it out.

Delicious! I had onion petels (horse radish sauce was superb), bacon cheese burger macaroni and cheese (great flavor and such a huge portion - saved some for later), and the stuffed peppers (peppers were mighty spicy but super yummy).

We got an appetizer , CBR Mac and Cheese, and Lobster Mac and cheese plus left a 15$ tip and the total was $65. Which is not bad at all. The food was also so good. Without a doubt the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had , lots of different flavors to choose from . What tasted like homemade ranch for the appetizer and CBR Mac and cheese . Very tasty.

Customer service was solid . They were nice, kept checking on us, got refills when we were out. No complaints there.

Also portions are HUGE. I could barely finish half the mac and cheese, and I only got a small size.

10/10 bring your dates , sports buddies , families whatever .

My fiancé and I finally decided to try Mooney's after many recommendations. We sat at the bar and ordered one drink while we waited for our food. I ordered the Cajun Shrimp Mac & Cheese and my fiancé tried the Corned beef Reuben sandwich. Everything was delicious and we will be returning again and again! The bartender took our order, she was very kind and helpful with the questions we asked about the menu. The drinks were perfect also! Thank you, Mooney's and crew.

I dined in on a Friday afternoon, enjoying their Fish Fry Friday meal ($18) and a nice cold Heineken ($4). My service was fast & friendly. The food was very tasty but not hot when it arrived to my table.
Also I was charged for a condiment (hot sauce).
Nowhere was it listed that it would be an EXTRA charge ($1) for a few shakes of hot sauce!
This kind of upset me because of the hidden charge for a condiment whereas in any other restaurant would be on the table for your use.
I'm not sure what other hidden fees they have that they may spring on the customer, (maybe ice, or any other condiment that is not already out on the table) but I will definitely ask that I be told of any extra fees before being served, Something the waitress should have informed me of when ordered anyway.
BUT.....
Being that the customer service was awesome and the food was tasty, I will visit again and just request that my food be served hot and of course go with my own hot sauce in my bag!

Parking: The the parking lot it's really rough (pot holes) and ragged with no clear signage of the entrances and exits

This is the first time at this Mooney's location and I can understand why this one was dead. The mac and cheese while still good had about 1/4 of the usual meat in it for both the lobster Mac and the stinger. And the portion sizes seem smaller compared to other locations we have been to.

Wings just weren't it there for me...... Gummy,undercooked and soggy.. the Mac n cheese was the save of the day! We got the lobster Mac. It was so creamy, so delicious. The cheese pull and flavor was ridiculous! If Im ever back. Id probably let just ask for my wings extra crispy... But the service and Mac n cheese was amazing !

Upon Several visits we have experienced some type of issue here whether slow / bad service, wrong items come out to us, 25 min wait to get another drink! On sat 7/13 was the last straw. Came in to eat and drink. Nobody at the hostess stand while waiting 4 mins. So we proceed to the bar in which there
Pmwas no bartender present? After waiting 5 mins there I get the attention of a passing server about wishing to order. She says the bartender is out smoking!! She goes out but nobody comes back in?? Waited 5 more mins then got up and walked over to the next waitress asking for a manager. The waitress goes in the kitchen briefly then comes out stating " she's busy cooking it will be a few mins". Uhmmm yea, no.
Spent a total of 16 mins in mooneys with Nothing!!! You can't make this up. Seems it's not being run as a business should be ?
( there was literally only 10 other customers in the place)

I have honestly never been in an "Irish" restaurant that did not have beer from Ireland on tap. The kid who was greeting told me it would be 20 minutes to get a seat, but stated I could get a beer at the bar, but would still have to wait for food as there was no food service at the bar. The bartender poured me a beer and handed me a menu. The beer was cold, the nachos were salty, and I could not finish them.
