We got to the establishment, no hostess waited 5 minutes to be seated. The place was not busy at all. Fortunately we were given menus when seated; we waited 20 minutes before our waitress took our drink order. Due to the wait to place a drink order we thought we probably should order our meal at the same time. Again we waited for our drinks and an appetizer to be brought out to us. The Pepsi was flat and I ask that it be replaced with a raspberry tea. Finally the sandwiches we ordered were brought to us. When the waitress returned to ask how everything was. I advised her it was awful the food had no flavor. I left a message on the back of the credit receipt not only about how lousy the food was but also how poor the service was for the someone to see. In my almost 60 years of life last night was the first time I have ever walked out of a restaurant and not left a tip! The front of the receipt said suggested tip 18%, 20% and whatever the third amount was. I was wrote I. A 4th response of poor service 0%. I will not frequent this place again. As my daughter and I were leaving the hostess told others that had just gotten there that it was going to be a 10 minute wait, the place not busy, there were more empty tables than there were full! My recommendation would be save yourself some time, money, and frustration and stay home or go elsewhere!

Service was incredibly slow. Food was lukewarm at best even after they took out back to the kitchen to reheat it. We were there for almost 2 hours with all the issues. And the apology from waitress was insincere.

I order here frequently, about once a week because I work close by and their food is always amazing, the staff is very friendly and helpful, if there is ever miscommunication regarding my food, they are beyond helpful with solving the issue, I always recommend this place to people.

Never got seated. No host. No bartender in sight, appeared to be only one waitress. Waited with a few people behind us for longer than should have.Plenty of garbage along entrance outside.Nothing to see here.

This is the first time I have been to Mooney's where we sat for an hour waiting for a table and there three plus a fill section that had no one sitting in it. You lost a party of 9 that had been the over an hour and were told by the host he was not sure how much longer it would be, another party left, another group of 4 waited 15 minutes and no one came to check them in as the host was also the bus boy. Another group of 5 heard the group of 9s complaint and turned a walked away. I am very disappointed in how we were treated as my son was looking forward to this, as he starts a new lease on life with surgery and weight loss. We ended up somewhere else that took us right inI don't when or if I will be back.

This was terrible completely didn't get an entire meal and my kids didn't get the right side. Some of the food was cold. I am utterly disappointed with mooneys esp with the amount of money I spent.

I ordered the philly cheese steak mac there was only a little bit of steak maybe it was more peppers then anything and my serving was smaller also, was disappointed ?

Dont honor coupons and was given attitude by staff.
It’s a Wednesday night and there’s about 10 cars in the parking lot. Empty tables everywhere and we were told 5 minute wait along with the couple ahead of us. They got seated shortly after and we are still waiting after 15 minutes. The host approached us and I thought maybe this was our turn and instead he turned around and walked away and never saw him again. Won’t be returning.
