Fantastic local business. The owners are always kind and make a great boba. The drinks are always made well and taste as expected. I prefer them over any boba place in town and will go out of my way to get it from them. Prices are reasonable so it's a win-win

This place is very calming including they also have fishes there and very beautiful plants , although they don't have much employees they still make the drinks very quickly and the boba has great texture! 10/10 would recommend the Thai tea!

My daughter and I got there at 11:49am on a Saturday morning. The owner was bringing in product out back so I asked what time she opened and was told noon. I said I would wait. 27 minutes later, they were still not open. If there was a problem, she could have easily said something, but chose not to. We will not be coming back! If you don't open until 2, don't tell someone you open at noon! It seems if you work there, you know what time you open. You wasted my time and that's not acceptable

The price is amazing! Me and my sister love going there. : ) the owners are really sweet, and when I was there they were giving out free bananas haha. The tea is very yummy, and pearls are the perfect amount of soft and firmness. ?
The ramen is so good and comforting. This is definitely one of my favorite comfort foods and the bubble tea is so yummy and cuteKid-friendliness: Brought my 1 yr old with me and it went great. They have booths so it's perfect for sitting your curious toddler down without worrying about a wobbly chair. It's a really calming and chill environment and there's fake vines on the walls so it gives your young one something to look at and explore without riling them up. He also loves the food and shared some ramen with me ?

Okay so I've lived in back in Johnson City for nearly a year now and I owed I've been seeing that sign for more than a year like yours will apparently they've been open for 10 years and that is like that you experience of learning the whole bubble tea thing but I was sort of confused so it took me a little bit offer two sizes and I really can't tell you a lot but they broke it down to three stops I'm just kind of silly I didn't understand but if you know it's just conversation and getting to know our business owners around us and they were very nice and I'm going to be going there quite frequently awesomesauce I'm super happy actually better deals than I've ever seen anywhereParking: It is a little tricky cuz it's a kind of a busy intersection and I guess there was a VFW the closed and there's also the pantry right next door so it is a little hard but if you go down that street the church next door is they don't have a problem if you need to park there and there's only a couple houses on the street beside the store which is never a problem parking

Very disappointed in our experience here yesterday!My daughter, her friend and I all ordered drinks. My daughter's friend ordered jelly in her milk tea and I think she thought she was ordering the pop balls. Needless to say, they are two very different things and she really didn't like it (disliked it so much I could tell she didn't even want to drink it). I went back in with the drink and I explained this to the owner hoping he would help fix it. He said he wouldn't do anything because that is what she ordered.I was quite taken back that he didn't care that she didn't like her drink. My daughter and I have been going there routinely over the past year and this situation truly left a bad taste in my mouth. He wouldn't sacrifice one drink. Nevermind the fact that the $2 tip i put in the jar would've probably covered the cost to remake the drink anyway. I was so shocked he didn't care. I felt like taking my tip back out of the jar and now rethinking if we will ever go back.Update - thank you for your response. I am understanding that sometimes we are having a moment or an off kind of day and may regret our mood/choice after the fact. I appreciate this response and we will come back again.
