I tried to place a large online order for my practice (21 employees) and the website stopped working mid-order. I called to place the order over the phone and the woman I spoke with was incredibly friendly, efficient, and was sure she could have my large order ready pronto. It was more last minute than I had hoped due to the website, so I was very appreciative of the kindness and efficiency!

I ordered my you pick two online. Had it picked up for me and delivered. Once I received my order, I opened the half bbq chicken sandwich up, the bbq sauce was everywhere. I mean all over the entire sandwich. Outside of the roll. It was such a mess. Also the breads were hard. I ended up throwing it away. Such a waste. I had gotten chicken noodle as well and it was like they counted how many pieces go into a little cup. Two noodles, two pieces of chicken and two carrots.. the rest was broth. Super disappointing. Will never order from this one again.

Okay, so your dressings for the salad are tiny. I can deal with that, but I think for the price that is ridiculous. What I can't stand, is on two different occasions the tiny dressing cup wasn't even half full. This food is too expensive to end up eating a dry salad. Do better!
This panera constantly messes up our order, I typically get a turkey sandwich and it has been server multiple times with only a single slice of turkey. The meals constantly look as if they are simple thrown together with out a care in the world. If you do choose here make sure to bring extra napkins
