I ordered delivery on 8/19/25, but never received my order. No one cares to do anything about this inconvenience. I placed a delivery order today 8/21/25 for 2 Philly Cheesesteak Papadias which were both supposed to come with garlic dipping sauce, but I only received 1 instead of 2. Also, the papadias were hardly filled (mostly just folded over dough). No one seems to care to do anything to resolve these issues. Customer service is lacking by this merchant as well as with the delivery service (DoorDash). It seems my business is unappreciated by both of these companies and that I will be better off spending my money with companies who care enough to remedy issues as soon as they come up.

I used to have no issues ordering here but this time the pizza was pretty bad. I asked for extra sauce on both of my pizzas and not only was there not extra sauce, there were parts of the pizza with no sauce at all. I also had extra cheese on both and there wasn't much at all. Lots of dough. Was not very good at all. Has been going down hill the past few times and I don't order nearly as much as I used to because of it.

I love them, so sweet, understanding, and they have NOT ONCE FORGOTTEN THE DRINK, that's about 1000x more than I can say. Thank God for them. Hours in pic - I'll keep them updated

waited 10 minutes for food that was supposed to be done couldn’t get help me ignored me when i asked when it would be done. While i was in here the manager walking around in ripped cargo shorts was the only person who would pick up the phone after 3 minutes

Had some questions about the menu and deal options. The server grabbed the manager and was able to explain all options to me. Both were polite, patient and friendly. I would recommend coming to this Papa John’s location if you’re looking for good food and service. Thank you, definitely will be back!

The food was good. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes although the app said that my food was ready. The atmosphere was very negative. Alot of vulgarity spoken loudly between team members. Would not recommend if children were to be eating there.
