Accidentally ordered online pick up at this location, tried to call and cancel for 30 minutes, no one responded. I recalled how I was ordering in-person at this location and their phone was ringing forever and no one was picking it.

Waited in line for the worker to tell me she’s going in break after she finishes the guy in head of me sub. Take your break after you help someone been waiting in line. No one has good work ethic anymore.

Placed an order on the app while I was shopping came over after I checked out and waited 15 minutes without a sign of anyone took another 30 minutes of waiting before anyone even showed up. Then another 30 before I even got my food. Worst subway I have ever been to.

You close at 9....I made an order for pick up at 8:30 and it said it was ready went to pick it up and you're employees said they weren't going to do it because it was to close to closing time. Maybe update your website if that's a policy so it doesn't allow for orders that late or maybe just do your job while you're open. That's an idea.

While we were there today, 9/1/24, there was a customer who was leaning over the counter, spitting while he was talking. Alex, your worker, was nothing but professional toward this man. Alex just asked this man to step back and the man refused. He left and then came charging back yelling to see his badge and asking his name. It scared me, but Alex maintained his professionalism. We were very impressed with Alex's calmness and politeness.
Every time I go to the Subway at Walmart Johnson City the buns are hard as a rock crumbling. And I go to other subways are not like that. So is it because they sell cheaper at the Walmart store they have old buns. Very disappointed

I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism with the two clerks....both displayed their boxers. This may be what they are comfortable wearing but I feel it's not something I want to see..... especially in a food establishment.
This is a place where a friend of mine can get his cheap cigarettes. But its menu looks interesting may stop and sometime.

I visited this Subway around 3:00pm earlier and the bigger heavyset girl with glasses was very rude and disturbing when I came and ordered my food. She acted like she did not want to be there at all. Not only that but the tomato on my sub was all sour and smushy even though there was better tomatos on the oppisite side of the display she specificly put the bad ones on my sandwich. 0/10 do not go here.

The girls Dawan and Kam who works here are very nice. I only come here when they are working because they do not mess up my sandwich ever and always greets me kindly. More people should have this behavior.
