Poor service person I dealt with was barely understandable and was annoyed we were there. Not friendly. Got a build your own sub a bag of chips, a pretzel and a water . It was over $20. Big rip off. I recommend avoiding this one

i walked in at 8:09 on Saturday March 30th and I said “ i have an online order “, and the kid at the counter, with sopping wet hands shoved a bag over with his elbow where i see a torn up bag with an open sandwich that’s half crushed, i stood there in shock before leaving figuring it just wasn’t worth even trying to complain

Ordered 2 subs today. Had a coupon for by one get one. They refused at counter and referred me to a tiny sign saying they don't accept coupons. I asked if they could do anything as a discount for inconvenience. They stated no can do. Paid full price for both subs. I will never return. Pretty sad considering I order at least one sub or more per week from here. Will never understand a lifetime of profit wasted over one sale.
