I get food from here 2-3 times a week because I work next door. Mike at the counter is super friendly and always calls me by name. Nice being greeted by friendly counterhelp unlike some of other food chains in the area.

The weekday afternoon staff makes my heart so happy. The food is fresh tasting and well assembled. The serving staff is super kind and friendly. Honestly, It’s amazing how wonderful my drive thru experience is time after time. Kudos JC Taco Bell! Thank you for everything you do to make your establishment so highly recommended!

Dropped in after business meeting for quick takeout using Tacobell app. Ordered 6.99 box with Chalupa Supreme/ Taco/ Chips and cheese sauce/ medium drink . Replaced beef with beans and no sour cream. Drive up lane allows to get order quickly and can modify order if it has to be. Using app allows payment via credit cards which saves time for everyone..

Ordered with the app and it never said it was ready for pick up so I waited in my car for 30 minutes before finally deciding to go thru drive thru. Food is so blah here tho.

I was disappointed with my recent visit to this Taco Bell. I had ordered rice and beans with my meal, but unfortunately, they were not included in my order. When I mentioned it to the employee at the counter, the issue was never corrected and I left without receiving what I had paid for.
I completely understand that mistakes happen, especially during busy times, but what was most frustrating was that there was no effort to fix the situation. Good customer service goes a long way, and something as simple as acknowledging the mistake and providing the missing items would have made the experience much better.
It left me with the impression that attention to detail and customer care are not being prioritized at this location. I hope management takes steps to ensure that orders are double-checked and that employees are trained to handle these situations more effectively in the future.
