Terrible service and worst experience ! We ordered at kiosk. 20 min went by and we asked where our order was. Lady at the counter was not much help. Guy came out and said let me get that, but the whole order was wrong. 🤦♀️35 mins later the right food came out. Just a heads up if u go there later at night they will make u wait and put door dash/online orders ahead of urs.

We were made to pull in a spot and wait, this girl comes out and goes to wrong car, let's the guy go through the bag and touch food to discover it wasn't his, then comes to our car. Not happy that a stranger touched our food other than taco bell employees! 😒

Just to update you, I love my late-night crew! They are so nice, either ready to go or willing to walk your stuff out to you. When you get extras, it's always EXTRA, and the way they make their food is how it appears on the menu! NOOOO OTHER FAST FOOD DOES, I don't even consider this "fast food", it's too good and the store does not skimp, they are so friendly, and they never have excuses for delivery drivers, unlike almost every other late-night food stop.

I just went thru Drive-Thru Window and my drink (Paradise Dragon) tasted very much like water. Drove back around drive-thru and they were very nice and understood. (Johnson City, NY). Of course, I ordered another flavored drink, worker was very polite at the drive-thru window. I dumped the watered down one out, as it must have been a 'fresh batch' starting up. Thank you for your kind courtesy.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Have been waiting in line for over 20 minutes. Line is wrapped around parking lot and outside of entrance. They are fooling around inside in the kitchen as I wait here looking inside. Did a mobile order and doors are locked. This is beyond ridiculous. HORRIBLE service
