The flour for almost all of the bread is organically grown and stoneground on site. There are a variety of breads - I have tried several and they are top quality and delicious. There are a few other products from the farm, also. The farm is in Jordan, NY - 21 road miles from where the products are sold at the CNY Regional market. You can't get a better, more delicious, healthier bread, with a tiny carbon footprint, around here. Lovely people, too. A CNY gem.
We went to wake Robin this morning after we read on Facebook that they had bread today. While we were there we picked up cheddar cheese yogurt cheese curds milk and eggs. Sorry Wegmans but these are better
