If you are looking for a “I’m in a cute, sophisticated, European coffee shop” vibe, this is your place! I truly just want to sit and have coffee and read all day! Great for kids and adults. Katonah is lucky!
We found this gem of a place while attending a nearby wedding - the Reading Room is a wonderful combination of good coffee, fantastic snacks, eclectic collection of books, and an amazing upstairs reading room.
They no longer appear to be doing their food menu, which is a real bummer! I’m sure certain business decisions justify their choice. The food did differentiate them a bit, and while it is still a bit beyond “just another coffee shop” the loss of food still stings in a town with already limited quick bite casual options.
