Smallest cone I ever got from king kone, have been coming for 7 years and usually the icecream height matches the size of the cone if not bigger . Prices went up and icecream on the top of the cones are half the size if not even smaller of all the years before. Also mentioned it to the girl at the register and she said āthatās just the size of it, maybe you got it overfilled before ā ā¦ thatās so ridiculous to say to a customer when Iām telling her itās never been that way but who knows? She added a little to the cone on the left of the picture and itās still no where near the size it has been before ..

Iāll probably give it one more chance but Iām definitely disappointed after today ā¦ if this is there new standard i definitely will never be coming back ā¦hope it doesnāt happen again.
Also attached the cone that they ā advertise ā on instagram, thatās the size it used to be. And no longer is.
Horrible service !!!! Girl at register had such a nasty attitude Gave us a cracked cone which my daughter ended up dropping and they wanted to charge me for another one. I was also having trouble with my phone trying to send Zelle because they donāt accept cards,, and she was rolling eyes and looking all frustrated that o was taking long ! So sad that she wanted to charge me for another come after seeing it fall on the ground !! Never again!!
