We visited Mill & Main on a Saturday
Mill & Main might have a lovely website, but Saturday night proved it’s basically false advertising in menu form. We came as a party of five and were immediately informed -without so much as an apology - that eight items were unavailable. That’s not “seasonal dining”; that’s “half the kitchen called out.”

The dishes we did order showed up missing major components, like someone in the back was playing a game of “Guess What’s Missing Tonight.” And unless we pointed it out, no one offered to fix it, apparently the default is hope you don’t notice.

If you can’t serve half your menu on a weekend, maybe close for a private event, or just be honest and hand out a laminated “what’s actually available” sheet. At least then we’d know what we were paying for besides disappointment.

We're vegetarians and returning customers, we love the rotating menu. And our waiter Asher did a great job. To have such great service is quite rare. Be good to that one. Thanks for a great night out!

Brutal. 30 minutes for an overpriced watered down drink. $9 for 10% olive 90% pit tray ft. 4 crackers. Save your money and time.

Cannot sing Mill & Main’s praises enough! This is and has always been one of our favorite spots in the “Upstate” area and now we can proudly say we were lucky enough to host our rehearsal dinner here as well! Claudia and her staff are above and beyond kind, helpful, excited, supportive and professional. The night before our wedding was easily one of our favorite moments of our weekend and it is largely because of Mill & Main! The food is excellent, the atmosphere is comfortable (even for our exceptionally large party), the back patio is beautiful and the people make it the incredible place it is. So glad we stumbled upon this gem a few years ago and cannot wait for years of future celebrations and meals with Mill & Main!

Disappointed in the experience. Waitress sat us and took our order. Food came out about half hour later. It looked beautiful (tofu and Caribbean Cobb). The curry for the tofu was cold and bland. The purple potatoes were not cooked through, and the tofu under seasoned. The waitress waited a good 40 minutes to come back over to the table and by then, it was really too late to do anything.

What a beautiful restaurant! My waiter was amazing conversational and animated. I ordered the shrimp as an appetizer, and it is the best thing I’ve tasted in such a long time. I ordered the chicken as a main, but it was okay. The glaze and the crust on the shrimp- pure perfection. I’ve never tasted anything so good in my life. I eagerly planned another trip there the following day—however I was bummed to find out that they have odd hours. I would suggest checking their website for more updated scheduling or calling.

Great little restaurant nestled in a quiet Main Street. We went here for breakfast but would definitely be back to try the eclectic dinner menu. Just like upstate New York is as a getaway the service is deliberately slow to slow down the vibe and help you relax. Keep that in mind. Don’t be in a rush and enjoy the food, music and vibes.

Where do i begin? We ordered two hot coffees upon receiving it, we had to request sugar and a spoon to mix it and then the waitress brought out a single packet of sugar so we then had to request more. A whole hour passes and the food still didn’t come (we ordered eggs bacon and pancakes, you know the basics). No other patrons had entered the establishment after us and all the ones that were there before us had already been served. We saw that the cook had just started preparing our meal once we stated that we were leaving. Ending up paying $20 for two coffees and water. Absolutely ridiculous.
