I stopped by here on a ride on a sopping wet day and they were super friendly despite me looking (and probably smelling) like a wet dog. The coffee was good and they had non-dairy milk, and the cookie I had was good too. Sadly the only option for the Impossible breakfast sandwich was with egg and cheese - and they're premade, so you couldn't request one without. They did have a hummus and veggie wrap in the cooler, but a hot sandwich would have really made me happy......
Great local spot! Food is delicious and also different than what you typically find in upstate New York. Everything has a Caribbean twist and the food is super flavorful. They have a tasting menu on Thursday nights that is very reasonably priced ($65 for four courses) with an optional wine pairing and when we were there they had a live DJ playing Caribbean jams.
