Very disappointing experience. The restaurant’s app allowed me to place an order and stated they were open at 9 PM. I drove over to pick up my food, only to find the store completely closed. When I called to ask what happened, I was told they actually open an hour later. Not only was the information on their app inaccurate, but the employee I spoke with was rude and dismissive instead of apologetic.
What was most frustrating was the complete lack of accountability. No acknowledgment of the inconvenience, no apology for the misinformation, and no effort to make the situation right. If you’re going to accept orders through your app, your listed hours should be accurate. Wasting customers’ time is frustrating enough without being treated poorly when trying to get an explanation.
Poor communication, poor customer service, and zero accountability.

I had a delicious veggie wrap on whole wheat. The not so secret ingredient was the eggplant. It was a tasty lunch. I'm sure you will like whatever you order here. The quality of the food was excellent, and the menu had many good selections. I would certainly give this place a return visit.
