Bagel Boss is no.1 for me. Jewel bagels is a good alternative. I was over charge (guess by mistake). Sent them a mail. It’s been more than 24 hours - no response. These small things matter if you want to be among the best in the business.
I'm not going to complain about the price because it's not for everyone, but I think I should not wait in 100 dagree store while I wait for my 6 dollar bagel but the food otherwise was pretty good

They messed up my order (who forgets the cheese on a bagel with egg and cheese?) and overcharged me on top of that (not counting the overcharge for the missing cheese). Bagels are decent.Go to Jewel Bagels down the street - much better bagels.
