The cup cakes here are so good and fresh I totally recommend coming here.

Stop by to check it out and got an iced coffee and bread pudding and the coffee was really good and the bread pudding was amazing and first time I had it with no raisins and smells so good when you walk in and very clean

The best cortado around !! If you value an excellent cortado as much as I do this is your place ! It also have delicious treats . You can find whole cakes, the chocolate one is moist and perfect sweetness. Staff is friendly , couple of tables to sit . Everything is delicious and fresh

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I placed a custom birthday cake order on Friday for pickup on Sunday at 12 PM, making sure everything was confirmed ahead of time. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told that the employee who took my order had misplaced the receipt and my order was completely lost.

Instead of taking responsibility or offering a proper solution, all they said was “sorry” and gave me an unacceptable option: choose a random cake they already had and come back in an extra hour for them to try to remake something similar to what I originally ordered. There was no sense of urgency, no real apology, and no attempt to make things right.

This completely disrupted my daughter’s birthday plans, and what made it worse was the lack of professionalism and care from the staff. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters and they handled this very poorly. I would not trust them with an important order again.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I was charged $50 for what was advertised as a tres leches cake, but when we opened it after Easter dinner, it turned out to be a stale, plain vanilla cake. It felt misleading and disappointing, especially for the price. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend this business due to concerns about honesty and quality.

Reasonably priced, nice selection, clean establishment. I got the banana pudding, and strawberry shortcake. Im used to authentic banana pudding with cookies in it, this not only didn't have any cookies but it just was not good, the sliced bananas were big and the pudding itself was very thick. The strawberry shortcake was not terrible but it was not something I would go back for.

I love my birthday cake it was super moist and the buttercream icing delicious I highly recommend this place for parties or events !!!

I ordered a custom cake for my daughter’s first birthday, and it was an absolute disaster. I was told the cake would be made with buttercream, but it was nowhere close. The icing was hard, extremely sweet, and completely unpleasant.
I had to take the cake back to the bakery. Instead of acknowledging the issue, they refused to accept any responsibility and kept saying, “Everyone has different tastes,” and that it wasn’t their problem if I didn’t like it. While there were other customers present, they were polite—but as soon as the store cleared out, their attitude changed and became very rude.
After a lot of back and forth, they finally refunded only part of the amount.
THANK YOU for ruining my daughter’s first birthday, and I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the cake and the customer service. I would not recommend this bakery.

I’ve been going to this bakery every time I crave a treat. From their cookies to pastries and pies i have never once had an issue. The place is clean and well decorated, and during the holidays they have the most delicious festive desserts. During thanksgiving me and my family bought a delicious pumpkin pie, it wasn’t tooth ache sweet, but rather had many flavor profiles that was enhanced by a bit of sweetness. Their cookies are the best i have had so far, once again not too sweet, but rather enhanced by the extra flavors on top. And just the other day i bought a blueberry puff pastry, it was absolutely delicious, the crunchy texture on the top, the buttery fluffy puff pastry and the blueberry sweet filling. I would definitely recommend trying small businesses such as Cookies and Cream Pastry shop over any bigger chain. You can see the care they put into their products and business. the quality, the aesthetics, the taste of the product is absolutely outstanding. The staff are very sweet as well, taking the time to greet every customer, and allowing you to decide on what you want without rush. Definitely recommend this place!!

The two young ladies with colored hair helped me alot. I didn't know what to choose it was between the seven layer and dulce de lech but ended up going with the dulce de leche. Overall amazing staff very welcoming. Will come back especially for that dulce de leche cake it was very delicious and an amazing experience.
